Senior Sales Profile


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and engage HR leaders, CHROs, and People Operations teams at enterprise organizations.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Requirements:

    • 4-8 years in B2B SaaS sales, with 

      2+ years in HR tech / HRMS sales

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven ability to sell to enterprise clients with long sales cycles.
