Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Household) Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Sales & Relationship Management- Retail Banking Department: Retail Banking > Branch Banking > Branch Location: Goa, India Additional Parameters Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry Strong understanding of retail banking products and services Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for household banking products and services Identify potential customers and build a strong pipeline for new business opportunities Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to increase their engagement and loyalty Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the retail banking sector Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of retail banking products and services Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel as required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
