Senior Sales Manager

Location :-Noida Extension and Expressway for both location We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, coaching and developing sales representatives, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and market dynamics. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and accounts. Assist the sales team with complex customer inquiries, negotiations, and presentations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare and present sales Vs revenue report Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor status.
