Job description
Senior Sales Manager – HIS (Hospital Information Systems)
Join us as a Senior Sales Manager focused on Hospital Information Systems (HIS). You’ll drive strategic sales efforts across healthcare institutions, delivering value-driven SaaS solutions that transform hospital operations and patient care management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end sales for HIS products: discovery, demos, proposals, and deal closure.
Build strong relationships with healthcare executives, CIOs, and procurement teams.
Understand regulatory, clinical, and operational requirements in hospitals.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 1+ year in HIS or HealthTech sales.
Deep understanding of hospital workflows, EMRs, compliance, and integration needs.
Excellent presentation skills, especially with clinical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing long sales cycles in highly regulated industries.
