Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing key dealer accounts, expanding architect and designer relationships, and ensuring disciplined execution of Hey Concrete’s sales processes within the assigned territory.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in premium, design-led product environments and understands consultative selling in the architecture and interiors ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow dealer relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and performance.
  • Actively develop relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
  • Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and design coordination meetings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to lead follow-up systems and timely closure of opportunities.
  • Support the Territory Sales Head with market feedback, reporting, and strategic inputs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales within building materials, architectural surfaces, or premium interior products.
  • Strong exposure to dealer-driven and specification sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of ownership and execution discipline.
