Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales (real estate or related industry preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
