As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Current Account products. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking department, specifically in the Branch Banking division. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Current Account products Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to management Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of current account products and services Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
