Bizlumina Services Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for an experienced, charismatic, and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager, having understanding and experience of industrial equipment sales. The focus will be on acquiring customers from industries including automotive, electrical, composites, tooling, packaging, industrial manufacturing, and related domains. The objective is to enhance local sales capabilities and progressively build small-scale assembly operations to serve regional customer requirements more efficiently.

Our client is a reputed German organization into business of mixing & dosing systems and equipment. This requirement is for the India operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, market segments, and key accounts.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term revenue growth.
  • Create and execute India-specific sales strategies in consultation with the German HQ.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, engineering companies and end-users.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with German HQ for customized solutions.
  • Represent organization in trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Lead operational activities related to after-sales support, service coordination, installation, and commissioning.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between India operations and the German headquarters.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and compliance related to the Indian subsidiary.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable market intelligence to the HQ regarding the Indian market.
  • Contribute insights on customer behavior, pricing landscape, competitor activities and emerging market trends.
  • Participate in annual planning, organizational development, and long-term business strategy for India.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education

  • Engineering Graduate / Mechanical Engineer (preferably) from a reputed university.
  • Additional qualification in business management or sales (would be an advantage but not mandatory).

Experience

  • Minimum 6 to 12 years of progressive experience in industrial equipment sales, machinery, engineering products, or B2B manufacturing solutions.
  • Proven success in developing new markets and handling technical sales cycles.
  • Experience in handling high-value capital equipment sales will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Visionary mindset with a proven track record of scaling businesses in India.
  • Deep technical understanding of industrial machinery and ability to engage with engineering teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and grow a subsidiary.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel across India as required.
  • Passion for building long-term customer relationships and representing a premium German engineering brand.
