Senior Sales Manager

About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for our premium interior and lifestyle furniture brands we deal in luxury SS kitchens, handmade rugs, furniture and decor. You will manage sales team, client relationships, and brand reporting while introducing our products, building new relationships, and help increase sales through design partners.

Who Were Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or interior sales & business development.
• Strong people skills with confidence.
• Team-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Your Role:

• Oversee daily sales operations and manage the team.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with design professionals.
• Schedule meetings and maintain relationships with architects and clients.
• Drive client engagement through follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly targets and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design, accounts, and project teams for timely deliveries.

Notes:

• Proper brand training will be provided by us.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office. Excel and Outlook email preferred.
