As an Sales & Backend Support Specialist / Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll ensure every interaction—whether on the showroom floor or behind the desk—reflects the warmth, precision, and heritage Jaipur Rugs is known for. 📍 Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad Who We’re Looking For Strong applicants of all genders & backgrounds encouraged 2+ years in retail sales, customer service, backend operations, retail coordination, or showroom support Proficient in English and local language communication Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellence Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Your Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client servicing and follow-ups Maintain showroom inventory, sample kits, and product displays Handle backend tasks: home trial coordination, order processing, client data entry, and appointment scheduling Support off-site visits by preparing client kits, documentation, and logistics Ensure timely communication with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone Collaborate with the team to uphold Jaipur Rugs’ standards of hospitality and heritage Important Notes Prior experience in home/interior/furnishing retail or backend coordination is a plus Your empathy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will set you apart This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, service-driven environment If you believe heritage is not just what we sell—but how we serve—send us your CV and a sentence on “how you bring grace to everyday interactions.”
