1. Be the Ambassador for all Apple Chemie construction chemical products and solutions in terms of marketing and representation in front of customers, partners and relevant third parties.
2. Understand the market and the competition in the market and permanently monitor the evolution and potential of the market
3. Manage the sales team and technical team to achieve their goals and troubleshoot the challenges that the team may face.
4. Day to day management of the sales effort, directly or through the sales unit to ensure delivery of the sales target.
5. Attend weekly/monthly team meetings.
6. Compilation of reports and forecasts as required, including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
7. To identify and manage Key Customers by developing close customer relations and taking a lead role in any major projects.
8. Ensure Project Tracker and Pipeline is actively managed and populated with new leads
9. Should be a team player with good negotiation skills, ability to grasp opportunities and identify complex client requests.
10. Good leadership, networking and socializing skills
11. Detail oriented, meticulous and organised and a self-directed individual
