Job description Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Web, App & Marketing Services Location : Dehradun Department : BD Reports To : Business Development Manager About Virtual Real Design (VRD): Virtual Real Design is a full-service creative and digital solutions agency specializing in brand design, web and app development, and digital marketing. We empower businesses with innovative, result-driven strategies to grow in the digital world. Role Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in selling Website Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, experienced in client acquisition, and able to understand and pitch complex digital solutions to a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development, app development, and digital marketing domains. 2. Understand client needs, consult on appropriate digital solutions, and prepare custom proposals and presentations. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Work closely with internal project and delivery teams to scope, price, and deliver successful proposals. 5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 6. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, social selling (LinkedIn), and other strategic methods. 7. Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital innovations to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools. 9. Participate in internal brainstorming and strategy sessions to improve service offerings and sales approach. Requirements: * 3–6 years of proven experience in sales of digital services (web, app, SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, etc.) * Strong understanding of web and app development processes and digital marketing strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in preparing proposals, SOWs (statements of Work), and pitching to C-level executives. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
