Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Dehradun for a Human Resource Intern to assist in the day-to-day functioning of our HR team. Responsibilities will include assisting in the hiring process, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, maintaining employee records, and performing administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications:1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are also encouraged.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.4. Good organizational and time management skills.5. Proficiency in MS Office.6.
