Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth, conducting market research, providing sales forecasts, and collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy and Team Management
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Forecasting
• Ability to develop and execute promotional activities in collaboration with marketing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
