Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Panvel. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales of high-end real estate projects. Daily tasks include identifying and meeting potential clients, providing property consultations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with knowledge of high-end property markets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand and analyze real estate market trends
• Experience in client relationship management
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience with Tier 1 builders is a plus
