Senior Sales Executive

As an Interior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team by engaging with clients, comprehending their needs, and driving sales for our interior design services, which encompass modular kitchens, wardrobes, living/bedroom interiors, and turnkey home projects. Your responsibilities will include generating and handling leads through various channels such as calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online sources. By understanding the requirements of clients, you will be able to offer suitable design and product solutions, prepare quotations, explain pricing details, and successfully close deals. Effective coordination with design and project teams will be necessary for the seamless execution of projects. Furthermore, maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, and striving to achieve sales targets to contribute to the growth of the company will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess prior sales experience, with a preference for a background in interior design or home dcor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of interior products and materials. Your negotiation and convincing abilities will be key in securing deals, and you should be comfortable with conducting site visits and meeting clients. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.
