We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the B2C sector.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
