Job Description

Role Overview: As a seasoned techno-commercial Sales/Business Development professional, you will be responsible for researching business opportunities, identifying sales points, developing strategic plans, and sales strategies. Your role will involve coordinating with the Manager to create innovative plans to drive business growth. You will be expected to consistently create new opportunities, introduce company services to prospects/clients through various methods, and maintain relationships with existing dealers and system integrators. End-to-end sales cycle management and effective management of the sales process will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, enhancing the dealer network and managing accurate documentation for client needs will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Research on business opportunities, identify sales points, and develop strategic plans and sales strategies. - Coordinate with the Manager to create strategic and innovative plans to drive business growth. - Create new opportunities consistently and meet opportunity goals. - Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations, and sales campaigns. - Maintain relationships with existing dealers/system integrators through periodic calls, client visits, and product demonstrations. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from client appointments to product demonstrations. - Ensure effective management of the sales process, including lead generation, solution pitch, and follow-up for favorable closure. - Enhance the dealer network and sales through new dealers appointment, cross-selling, and sales campaigns. - Develop, maintain, and mature the sales pipeline by driving the lead cycle. - Maintain accurate and accessible documentation such as presentations/proposals to meet client needs. Qualifications Required: - Hard-core end-to-end corporate/channel sales cycle experience. - Software selling background. - Technical education background in BE EC/CS preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. - Experience in handling complex deals. - Ability to understand clients" needs and offer suitable solutions. Additional Company Details: The company operates in the Office Equipment/Automation/IT Software & Software Services/Electronic/Security and Surveillance industry. This is a full-time permanent job located in Gurgaon with a regular 5-day working schedule. The role involves client-facing activities, including client visits. The ideal candidate should possess desired personality traits such as aggression, self-drive, result orientation, strong work ethics, sense of commitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Indicators: - Revenue generation & realization. - Client management for business augmentation. - Team management for managerial roles. - Closure of clear Scope of Work with clients. - Volumes & revenue achievement, conversion ratio, average deviation from list price, and time of initial response will be key performance indicators.,
