Job Title:

Location:

experienced and result-driven Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
Handle high-value clients, channel partners, and site visits
Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and CRM data
Ensure proper documentation, booking processes, and compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and customers
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in
real estate sales
(residential/commercial)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to close deals and manage escalations
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
Understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience handling channel sales and bulk deals
Local market knowledge is a plus
