Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property sales for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online portals
  • Meet clients and understand their property requirements
  • Arrange and conduct site visits
  • Present property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Coordinate booking, documentation, and payment processes
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate sales is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
