Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients within the healthcare industry (e.g., hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, addressing any queries or objections.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and procurement cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling healthcare IT solutions, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical products.
  • MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management.
  • Established network within the healthcare industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
