Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation & Prospecting:** Utilize various channels such as cold calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms to identify and generate new business opportunities. - **Field Sales & Client Meetings:** Conduct on-site meetings with potential clients, present our services, and establish strong relationships to secure business deals. - **Client Account Handling:** Manage key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, expectations exceeded, and issues resolved promptly throughout the sales and project lifecycle. - **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies effectively. - **Collaboration with Internal Teams:** Work closely with production and design teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery. - **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications, providing regular reports to the management team. - **Sales Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth. To qualify for this role, you should have: - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in sales, ideally in the advertising, printing, signage, or graphics industry. - **Education:** At least 12th grade or higher, with a focus on Marketing or a related field. Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in lead generation and field sales. - Ability to build and sustain client relationships and manage accounts effectively. - Comprehensive knowledge of advertising, printing, and signage solutions. - Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
