With a portfolio of over 250 products and a highly diverse supplier base, we have sales network and strategically positioned warehouse at Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhiwandi and Chennai.

Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Specialist with excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and people skill for Sales & Marketing department. Responsible for sales, business development, and OEM relationship management of specialty Adhesive and Sealant solutions including Silicone, Epoxy, PU, Acrylic, MMA, Conformal Coating(for PCB), Cyanoacrylic, Anaerobic, Hotmelt & TIM(transfer Interface Materials) materials across Western India and specialty Structural Adhesives for heavy duty applications. Drive specification-based sales (Spec-in), revenue growth from new & existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction in Automotive, Electronics, EV, Medical Devices, Composites, Li-ion Battery industries and other related applications.

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve annual sales budget through new business development and account growth.
  • Drive spec-in approvals at OEM and Tier-1 levels for adhesive & coating solutions.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation and conversion, quotations, negotiation, order closure, invoicing, and receivables management.
  • OEM & Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 customers.
  • Conduct technical seminars and product demonstrations with R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.
  • Provide application-specific solutions to enhance performance and Demonstrate the value selling and value preposition.
  • Territory & Market Development
  • Responsible for Western India region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa).
  • Map new projects and emerging applications in Automotive, EV, Electronics, Railways, and Medical sectors etc.
  • Technical & Application Support
  • Identify application opportunities via plant surveys, assessments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product approvals and customer satisfaction.
  • Joint visits with Principal (BOSTIK) to customers, for product promotion and demonstrations.

Expectations:

  • Deliver consistent revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Expand customer base by securing new OEM specifications and projects.
  • Strengthen receivables management with on-time collections.
  • Act as a solution provider by recommending cost-effective adhesive & coating alternatives.
  • Collaborate with regional/global OEMs to position portfolio in new programs.
  • Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline, for periodic reviews.
  • Provide detailed reports of each project and update regularly.
  • Maintain strong market connect by regularly visiting the customers.
  • Monthly visit to HO for reviews.

Qualification: MSc. Paint Technology, B Tech Chemical with MBA (Marketing)

Experience in related industry: 2+ Years of Experience.
