Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive (Subject to change based on the candidates prior experience) Division: NCH Maintenance Location: Across India (Location as needed) Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Spot new business opportunities and turn them into long-term wins. 2. Scout the territory and find prospects, open new accounts and contracts with consistency. 3. Make face-to-face direct sales calls. 4. Make presentations and demonstrate products on site. 5. Deliver exceptional customer solutions by understanding client needs and providing customised solutions. 6. Implement sales strategies that not only meet but exceed targets. 7. Assume “full” management and accountability for each prospect. 8. Update field efforts on a timely basis through CRM. Qualification and Experience Required: Any Graduation. 3 - 8 Years of experience in Direct Sales preferably industrial sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven expertise in executing unique sales processes and key accounts A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Familiar with different industries like manufacturing, automotive, pharma, food industry, hotels and other hospitality segments.
