Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Medical Summarization, Medical Transcription & Medical Scribe Services We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Medical Summarization, Medical Transcription, and Medical Scribe services targeted at US-based healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, deep understanding of US healthcare processes, and a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management. Experience: 3+ years in international sales in US healthcare/BPO/KPO industry Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Use various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, networking) to establish business relationships. o Identify and engage potential clients, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in the US market. Sales & Business Development: Pitch and present our Medical Summarization, Medical Transcription, and Medical Scribe services to prospective clients. o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and profitability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience in selling healthcare services to US doctors, hospitals, and clinics. Strong understanding of Medical Summarization, Transcription, and Scribe services. Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition in the US healthcare market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security regulations. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Prior experience working in healthcare outsourcing, BPO, or KPO industries. β€’ Existing client base or network in the US healthcare industry. β€’ Ability to travel internationally (if required) for business meetings and industry events. β€’ Work-from-home/Hybrid flexibility.
