About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong Tech Sales skills to drive home automation sales. This role requires a balance of sales expertise and technical understanding, enabling you to explain and deliver automation solutions with confidence. The candidate must be fluent in English and Telugu, skilled in handling premium customers, and capable of building long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales for home automation solutions (lighting, climate, curtains, security, networking, etc.).
• Act as a Tech Sales Consultant, clearly explaining how solutions fit client needs.
• Gather client requirements and prepare customized automation proposals.
• Work with the technical team to prepare BOQs, wiring diagrams, and estimates.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and walkthroughs for clients and architects.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Explore new opportunities with homeowners, architects, builders, and channel partners.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and provide accurate forecasts.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automation sales (home automation, IoT, or related).
• Strong technical understanding of automation products (switches, controllers, climate, networking, security).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Skilled at dealing with luxury clients and premium projects.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
