Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and convert high-quality leads through walk-ins, site visits, channel partners, and digital platforms.
  
• Engage with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and offer appropriate project solutions.
  
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-ups and after-sales support.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company goals.
  
• Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to support promotional campaigns and lead management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  
• Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficient in closing high-value deals and working with HNIs/NRI clients is a plus.
  
• Ability to manage site visits, events, and weekend sales activities.
  
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
