Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Bhuj. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and driving the sales of home loans and secured business loans. Tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a thorough knowledge of loan products and policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or real estate sectors
Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
Thorough understanding of home loan products and familiarity with loan processing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
