Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bhiwandi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Daily tasks will include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met. The role also involves traveling to client locations to present product offerings and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, especially in the electrical insulation materials industry
• Strong understanding of the market and customer dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and manage onsite client meetings
• Customer relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
