Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager located in Bhiwandi. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, managing international sales processes, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with international clients. The role involves preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Daily tasks will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and staying updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Planning and Export processes
• Sales and International Sales skills
• Knowledge of International Business practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
• Experience in the electrical insulation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
