Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. The candidate will be based at the corporate office of a reputed food company in Gonde,

Nasik, as a Senior Sales Executive and will be responsible for driving business across B2B,

B2C, HORECA, and Institutional domains for a product portfolio including Frozen foods,

Aseptic products, Pulps, Powders, and Tetra packs. The ideal candidate will possess

extensive experience within the food processing industry.

2. Candidate will be responsible for Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and

strengthen relationships with both International and Domestic customers; manage key

strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.

3. Candidate will be responsible for Business Development: Pitch to new clients online and

offline. Research new markets to identify high-potential territories for product expansion.

4. Candidate will be responsible for Develop and implement operational plans for reservations

and provide accurate sales forecasts to executive management.

5. Candidate should have Marketing & Branding: Design innovative marketing strategies for

new product launches; coordinate with the marketing team for international compliance and

communication.

6. Candidate will be responsible for Revenue & Pricing: Implement company pricing policies,

setting margin targets in consultation with management to ensure profitability.

7. Candidate will be Coordinate with procurement and pack house teams to ensure smooth

product movement; manage inventory levels to meet market demand.

Required Candidate Profile:

1. Candidate should have Experience up to 6-9 years in Sales/BD within the Food Processing or

FMCG industry.

2. Candidate should have Product Knowledge and Familiarity with Frozen foods, Aseptic

processing, Fruit Pulps, Powders, or Tetra Pack products is highly preferred.

3. Candidate should have Domain Expertise of Proven track record in B2B, B2C, HORECA, and

Institutional sales.

4. Candidate should have Skills of Strong negotiation, CRM, market research, and inventory

management skills.

5. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication for managing international

clients.
