Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The role involves lead generation, customer follow-up, and achieving set targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products such as personal loans. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly. Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients. Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team for conversions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate them when required. Maintain call records, update CRM data, and prepare daily call reports. Achieve individual and team targets within specified timelines.
