Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive at Engko Engineering Pvt. Ltd., based in Ghaziabad, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities in the pre-fabricated structures and pre-engineered buildings sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets with a strategic and consultative approach. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing sales reports, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to formulate effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage new business opportunities in the PEB sector - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Prepare and present proposals to clients - Achieve sales targets with a strategic and consultative approach - Coordinate with the technical & project teams for client satisfaction Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales and business development - Strong customer relationship management skills - Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Excellent negotiation and contract management skills - Proficiency in conducting market research and sales analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the construction or prefabricated structures industry is a plus Join Engko Engineering Pvt.
