Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain features, benefits, and pricing of vehicles.
Generate sales leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, digital inquiries, and field visits.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective customers to close sales.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely completion of documentation and delivery formalities.
Maintain updated knowledge of product features, finance schemes, insurance options, and promotional offers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM tools as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Diploma in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or related field (Freshers with passion for sales may also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling ability and result-driven mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Valid driving license (4-wheeler) is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,395.98 - ₹44,271.72 per month
