RNS MOTORS is a leading Maruti Suzuki automobile dealership celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. We are seeking a talented Corporate Book Designer to help us create a comprehensive company book that celebrates our journey over the past 30 years.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Book Designer to join our team on a freelance or contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing the layout, formatting, and overall visual presentation of our company book. The Corporate Book Designer will work closely with our team to ensure that the book incorporates all images, data, and CSR and other activities that the company has been involved in since inception.

Over the years, our journey has expanded into diverse sectors, including Hospitality, JCB dealership, Daimler (Bharat Benz) partnership, and the manufacturing of pavers, blocks, and curb stones. Our growth is a story of leadership, innovation, and customer trust—built under the vision of our Managing Director and supported by our dedicated teams.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Book Designer to curate and design a commemorative book celebrating our 30-year journey. This book will not only capture the growth of RNS Motors but also highlight the expansion into our sister concerns across industries, the leadership vision that drove this success, and the roadmap ahead.

The ideal candidate should have experience in book design, editorial layout, and storytelling through visuals. You will be responsible for transforming our history, achievements, and future aspirations into a visually compelling and reader-friendly format.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team and MD to understand the scope and objectives of the company book.
• Research and gather images, data, and other materials to be included in the book from the EDP.
• Design the layout and formatting of the book, ensuring that it is visually appealing and engaging.
• Create a cohesive and compelling narrative that celebrates our company's journey over the past 30 years.
• Work closely with social media editors and other team members to ensure that the content is accurate and aligned with our brand voice and guidelines.
• Manage the production process and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Conceptualize, design, and layout a professional-quality commemorative book.
• Collaborate with our team to understand the company’s journey, milestones, and future vision.
• Create engaging visual narratives that highlight leadership, growth, and industry diversification.
• Ensure the book reflects the brand identity and legacy of the company.
• Incorporate photographs, interviews, timelines, and stories into a cohesive design.
• Manage formatting, typography, and aesthetics for both print and digital formats.
• Work closely with printers/publishers (if needed) to deliver the final product.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in book design, preferably with a focus on corporate or anniversary books.
• Proven experience in book design, editorial design, or publication layout.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and other AI tools available in the market today
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques is a plus.
• Passion for storytelling and creating compelling narratives.
