With 13 outlets, we cater to Bangalore, Hubli, Murudeshwar, and Bijapur. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Spares Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Spares Manager will be responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely availability of parts, and maintaining stock levels. The role also involves overseeing the procurement process, preparing reports on inventory status, and assisting in the development of strategies to optimize inventory management. Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and timely delivery of parts is also a key responsibility. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in automotive parts management or a similar role. Working knowledge of automotive parts and components. Proficient in inventory management systems and dealership software (e.g., DMS, ERP systems). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality. Preferred Skills: Experience with OEM parts systems. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and service procedures. Familiarity with parts logistics and supplier management. Working Conditions: Office and warehouse environment.
