PicPick is a modern photography workflow platform designed for photographers and studios to manage clients, galleries, selections, albums, collections, and digital delivery — all in one place. We work closely with wedding photographers, studios, and creative professionals across India to simplify their business operations and improve client experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition for PicPick. This role involves engaging with photographers and studios, understanding their workflow challenges, demonstrating PicPick’s value, and converting leads into paying customers.

You will play a key role in expanding PicPick’s user base and building long-term relationships with creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to photographers and studios via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable PicPick plans or features
• Conduct product demos (online or in-person when required)
• Follow up on inbound leads from website, ads, and social platforms
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM
• Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure smooth activation
• Achieve monthly sales targets and growth goals
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and creatives
• Basic understanding of digital products or SaaS (training will be provided)
• Ability to explain product features in a simple, convincing way
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience selling software, subscriptions, or digital services
• Background in photography, media, or creative industries
• Experience with B2B or field sales
• Familiarity with wedding photography or studio workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
