Senior Sales Executive

You are a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager responsible for managing and expanding the carpet and flooring business in the Hyderabad region. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned territory. Building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project management consultants (PMCs) is crucial. Additionally, identifying and onboarding new dealers, distributors, and channel partners is part of your responsibilities. Your key tasks include visiting project sites regularly to ensure brand visibility, timely execution of deals, tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. You will also conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients and channel partners, while collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. As the ideal candidate, you should be a graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred) with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in B2B/project sales or channel sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, carpets, laminates, or allied building materials. You should possess a good network of contacts among architects, interior designers, and contractors in Hyderabad, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently are essential qualities for this role.,
