Role: Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Maximize average transaction value through upselling and cross-selling.
  
• Maintain a database of key customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
  
• Ensure a positive in-store and post-purchase experience.
  
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, materials, and price points.
  
• Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and emerging home dcor styles.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and support junior sales staff when required.
  
• Assist in floor planning, visual merchandising, and stock placement.
  
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory levels are maintained.
  
• Monitor focal points and seasonal displays for visual appeal and performance.
  

Candidate Profile

• 12 years of experience in

  retail sales

  (home dcor, furniture, or lifestyle preferred).
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Passion for

  design, interiors, and customer experience

  .
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proactive, presentable, and customer-oriented.
