About Us

Responsibilities

Analyse store sales data to help with optimal product allocations across stores.
Generate and publish monthly sales reports and stock-on-hand (SOH) reports.
Create and maintain monthly re-order reports, ensuring timely replenishment of bestsellers.
Support competition and price analysis for the luxury home dcor segment.
Extract, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources to prepare cohesive reports for decision-making.
Track low-performing SKUs and recommend discontinuation to improve sales efficiency.
Manage and reconcile consignment vendor accounts monthly and ensure timely payments.
Maintain vendor master data and ensure product images and details are updated post-shoot.
Support e-commerce fulfilment and allocation plans for new/existing stores.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in home dcor / luxury lifestyle / premium retail.
Strong proficiency in
Excel
(must be highly proficient and fast).
Ability to extract, consolidate, and present data-driven insights.
Experience in sales analysis, inventory allocation, and reporting.
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of vendor management and consignment reconciliation is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
