Job Title:

Job Summary:

E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Drive and monitor monthly & quarterly sales targets across websites and marketplaces.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze product performance and coordinate with the purchase team for inventory planning.

2. Team & Workflow Oversight:

  • Lead a cross-functional e-commerce team (catalog, CRM, billing, operations, and photography).
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, removing blockers and optimizing workflows.

3. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch:

  • Oversee invoicing, packaging, dispatch timelines, and logistics cost management.
  • Validate and approve logistics bills; manage return, damage, and claim trackers.

4. Cataloging & Website Management:

  • Manage the entire catalog lifecycle on Shopify and marketplaces.
  • Ensure category mapping, SEO hygiene, product tagging, and accurate inventory updates.
  • Coordinate for website updates, blog uploads, and collection launches.

5. CRM & Customer Experience:

  • Supervise CRM team across WhatsApp (Interakt), email, phone, and social channels.
  • Monitor pre-sales quotations, abandoned cart recovery, and escalations.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction aligned with brand standards.

6. Billing & Reconciliation:

  • Ensure accurate invoice generation, credit note creation, and payment reconciliation.
  • Handle payment disputes (Razorpay/Cashfree), and coordinate with finance for reporting.
  • Reconcile POS, payment gateways, and website orders.

7. Data & Reporting:

  • Prepare and circulate:
    • Weekly sales reports
    • CRM performance reports
    • Order/dispatch/billing trackers
    • Pre-order and marketplace insights
  • Manage all internal Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

8. Tools & Platform Management:

  • Take ownership of platforms: Shopify, Razorpay, Cashfree, Interakt, marketplaces, logistics dashboards.
  • Raise disputes, manage settlements, and resolve backend issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    5+ years

    in e-commerce operations with team leadership.
  • Proficiency in

    Shopify

    ,

    Google Sheets/Excel

    ,

    Razorpay

    ,

    Cashfree

    , and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask across cataloging, sales, fulfillment, and backend processes.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in

    furniture, lighting, or home dcor

    categories.
  • Exposure to

    D2C

    and

    marketplace

    operations.
  • Familiarity with platforms like

    Amazon
