Job Title E-commerce ManagerExperience 9-15 YearsLocation Chennai: . E-commerce Operations: 
  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely uploads of inventory and product information.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  •  2. Reporting and Analytics: 
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Track and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and average order value (AOV).

  •  3. Retail Metrics and Insights: 
  • Utilize retail metrics to optimize product performance and align with business goals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and product performance.

  •  4. Creative and Strategic Thinking: 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online visibility and engagement.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve the customer shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  •  5. Digital Marketing (Optional): 
  • Assist with basic digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for e-commerce platforms.

  •   Skills and Qualifications:  
  •  Experience:  9+ years in e-commerce, preferably in apparel or beauty categories.
  •  Education:  Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
