E-commerce Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and digital channels, along with excellent English communication skills.

As our E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for handling everything related to our online sales and marketing—right from managing the website to planning online campaigns, product listings, analytics, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update our e-commerce website (product listings, images, pricing, inventory).
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to improve online sales and customer retention.
• Coordinate with the design and content team to create banners, visuals, and product descriptions.
• Ensure smooth order processing, returns, and customer communication.
• Manage integration with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or international platforms (like Amazon.de).
• Coordinate with logistics for timely shipping and delivery updates.
• Stay updated with trends and competitors in the leather goods and fashion industry

REQUIRMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce websites and online marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) – must be able to handle international communication.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
