Job Description

Store Operations Management Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. Maintain store ambience, hygiene, and display standards as per company guidelines. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment. Sales & Customer Service Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximise revenue. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve them effectively. Financial & Security Responsibility Oversee billing and cash handling, and ensure accurate reconciliation at day-end. Safeguard company assets and jewellery inventory, and maintain security protocols. Market & Business Development Keep track of competitor activities and market trends in the jewellery sector. Build strong client relationships and expand Ayaani’s customer base in Jodhpur. Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
