Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive in the Agriculture/Bio-Fertilizer industry will be responsible for driving bio-fertilizer sales in the assigned territory. Your role will include identifying potential markets, onboarding dealers, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will involve achieving monthly and quarterly sales performance goals for bio-fertilizers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers, as well as identifying and appointing new dealers and channel partners in untapped markets. To excel in this role, you will need to conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. You will also be required to prepare and execute area sales plans based on market analysis, regularly analyze market potential, and recommend strategies to maximize reach and profitability. Additionally, you will engage with farmers through field visits to build relationships and gather ground-level insights. Organizing product demos, training programs, and field trials in collaboration with dealers and agri experts will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining sales records, market feedback, and dealer performance. Coordination with the supply chain and product teams to ensure timely delivery and service will be crucial. Regular reporting to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office will also be expected. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 1 year of experience in bio-fertilizer/agri-input sales. - Any Degree. - Strong understanding of bio-fertilizer products. - Existing network of bio-fertilizer or agri-input dealers in the region. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
