As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and lead growth in the Gujarat market.🔑About the RoleThis is a field sales (IC) role where you’ll spend ~60% of your time in the field, engaging with manufacturing customers, and ~40% in office activities like proposals, demos, and coordination. You’ll drive consultative, solution-oriented sales — not just selling a product, but solving real manufacturing challenges.</p>👤Ideal Candidate • 4–6+ years in industrial SPM automation, machine vision, Capex AOI, or measurement system sales. • Proven track record of ₹2 Cr+ annual sales in Gujarat market. • Strongexposure to factory automation, digitalization project, Quality inspection systems, PLC, IoT, and sensors. • Experience handling ticket sizes of above ₹10+ lacs with medium–long B2B cycles. • Degreein Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering preferred. • Strongnetwork in automotive, FMCG, pharma, electronics, and heavy manufacturing sectors.🎯What You’ll Do • Identify, engage, and close key accounts across Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot). • Build and grow strong customer and channel partner relationships. • Deliverimpactful demos, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases. • Partnerclosely with product/engineering teams to deliver AI-based defect detection & vision inspection solutions. • Drive business growth with an entrepreneurial, self-driven approach.🌍Why SwitchOn.io? • Be partof a fast-growing industrial AI startup redefining quality inspection. • Work with cutting-edge AI + Machine Vision solutions trusted by global leaders. • Shape the future of manufacturing automation while building your own career growth story.📍Location: Gujarat, The candidate should be from this region or willing to relocate to this region.
