You will be joining Travog as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Gurgaon office. Your role will involve supporting the international sales team by driving lead qualification, managing tenders and RFPs, and coordinating sales activities. To excel in this position, you must be resilient, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, contributing to Travog's global growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the international sales team with tenders, RFP responses, and proposal documentation. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure high-quality opportunities enter the sales pipeline. - Conduct initial discovery calls, identify client needs, and schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales managers. - Maintain CRM data accurately tracking all leads, contacts, and activities. - Assist in creating sales collateral, presentations, and tailored responses for client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client engagement. - Proactively research target accounts, industries, and regions to generate qualified prospects. - Manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines. - Provide feedback from prospects and tenders to enhance Travog's sales and product positioning. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in sales support, sales development, or business development, preferably in travel technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. - Strong knowledge of lead qualification, tender/RFP management, and sales support processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. - Resilient, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales engagement tools. - Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach. - Prior exposure to international markets is a plus.
