Senior Sales Consultant

As a Sales Associate, your role will involve greeting and assisting customers both in the showroom and on the lot. You will need to understand customer needs to recommend appropriate vehicles and present and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits. Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle performance will be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and processing sales documents accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles - Present and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and promotions - Prepare and process sales documents accurately and efficiently - Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals - Collaborate with other departments (finance, service) to ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in training and stay updated on product and industry knowledge Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach - Ability to work in a team and independently - Knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry trends - Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
