As a Team Lead, your role involves leading and managing a team to achieve lead generation targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively participating in and delivering marketing plans and advertising activities - Engaging in direct marketing, campaigns, fairs, and seminars - Organizing and coordinating events for brand activation - Documenting marketing data and delivering reports as per norms - Supporting student queries and handling grievances - Counselling prospective students - Planning strategies and implementing processes to support a healthy environment - Assisting in the administration of admission procedures and student-related activities - Supporting and delivering other administrative responsibilities as allocated by the reporting manager - Undertaking any other assignments from the management when required.
