Job Title: Senior Sales Associate – International Process Location: Mohali, India Shift Timings: Flexible within UK Shift Hours (Drop facility available) Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Job Summary: We are hiring experienced professionals with 1–2 years of proven expertise in international voice-based sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to handle global clients confidently. This is a performance-driven role focused on engaging prospects, building interest, and generating qualified leads for the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Drive lead generation and customer engagement in the UK market. Handle outbound/inbound voice interactions with potential clients professionally. Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate high-quality leads. Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records. Achieve individual sales/lead targets consistently. Ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal quality standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international telesales, voice process, or lead generation (mandatory). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Experience in working night shifts or UK process. Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
